Subject	Twin Turbo Z Coolant Temp Above Normal

Message	My TT Z is running above normal operating temp. Not over heating. I have new radiator, new electric fan wire it so it will pull the air toward the engine, mitshumoto high performance thermostat, added liquid cool to antifreeze. When I boost the temp would go up. The temp gauge is reading 250degree. A/C will not blow cold air but warm. The high temp electric fan infront of the condenser come on and stay on. I have no fan shroud. Also the turbo is cool by the antifreeze running through it. Any suggestion?
